The highly-anticipated Triumph Brewing Company has opened its doors on Bridge Avenue! Triumph’s Princeton location is celebrating 24 years in business and hopes to start a similar legacy here, directly across from Two River Theater. Not fitting neatly into any established restaurant genre, Triumph is as committed to their varied and upscale menu as they are to the creation of their beers on tap. Triumph celebrates the possibilities of pairing beer with Fritto Misto or Iberico Pork Loin, with seasonal beers accompanying seasonal menu specials. “Only in this country is beer viewed as a somewhat lowbrow drink; something to guzzle with burgers and weenies at the ballpark or frat-house. Belgians wash down their moules frites with a tangy wheat beer. The English slurp their oysters with Stout. Germans pair a bracing pilsner with their schnitzel. We want to show what the rest of the world is having with their beers,” says Triumph Founder Adam Rechnitz.

TWO RIVER RECOMMENDS:  before or after your next night out at the theater, stop over at Triumph for dinner or a quick bite. Our staff particularly enjoys sharing the Oysters Rockefeller, Pear and Goat Cheese Salad, and Mushroom Toast. Triumph will enthusiastically let you sample any beer on tap. There is also a full bar featuring single-malt scotches, smallbatch bourbons and seasonal cocktails.
