Ticketing

Exchanges: Tickets can be exchanged into a different performance of the same production for a $10 per-ticket service fee (waived for subscription & flex ticket holders). If you are exchanging into a higher priced performance, you will also be charged a per-ticket upgrade fee. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance has taken place.

Handling Fees: There is a $9 per-ticket fee for all orders. There is a $2 per ticket fee for subscription and flex tickets.

Discounts: Only one discount is available per ticket.

Refunds: There are no refunds on tickets to online or in-person events after purchase, unless a performance is canceled by Two River Theater. Refunds will also be offered to patrons who test positive for, or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 at any time within 10 days of their performance.

Late Seating

Every effort shall be made to admit latecomers to a performance at a suitable break, but late admission cannot be guaranteed.

Smoking

Smoking during outdoor and indoor productions is prohibited, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes or any other vaping devices.

Recording/Cell Phones

The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material of a performance is strictly forbidden.

General

No food is permitted inside the theater. Drinks are permitted.

All artists, performance schedules and prices are subject to change. Two River Theater Production ticket prices do not apply to rental events.
