MEET THE GUEST
Nicole A. Watson
Nicole A. Watson is a freelance director and educator. Credits include the world premieres of Kevin R. Free’s Night of The Living N-Word, Johnna Adams’ World Builders (CATF), and the opera Approaching Ali (Washington National Opera). She has also directed productions of The Great Society (Asolo Rep) Our Lady of Kibeho (Smith College), Joe Turner’s Come and Gone (North Carolina School of the Arts), and The Mountaintop (Kitchen Theater). She is a frequent volunteer with the 52nd Street Project and has worked at the Lark Play Development Center, New Dramatists, Signature Theatre, the Public Theater, Working Theater, and The Fire this Time Festival. Nicole has taught at NYU, the Tribeca Film Institute, and the St. Louis Language Immersion School. She is an alum of the Drama League, the Lincoln Center Directors Lab and the Women’s Project Directors Lab. nicoleawatson.com
