BUILDING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Two River Theater is seeking a Full-Time Building Operations Manager to join our Operations team. Working days/hours vary, with regular night/weekend work required. This position is performed on-site and executes building operations and provides oversight during performances and events. The Building Operations Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for building and equipment maintenance. Tasks include but are not limited to hands-on maintenance & repair, light custodial tasks, groundskeeping, safety monitoring, light IT oversight and troubleshooting, event set up & break down, and coordination of work by third-party contractors. The Manager must demonstrate general knowledge of all building systems and internals including (but not limited to) HVAC, plumbing, and electric, and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and functional work environment for all Two River Theater community members. The Manager will coordinate with the members of the Operations Team, across departments, and with 3rd party vendors to execute building upkeep and special projects.
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Two River Theater is seeking a Full-Time Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Audience Services team. Working hours are generally Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM, with some availability needed on a limited number of weeknights and/or weekends for presence at events. This is a flexible, hybrid position. The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and is an extremely creative and strategic marketer, responsible for overseeing Two River Theater’s digital platforms and campaigns through email, social media, website, online advertising and more. The Digital Marketing Manager is part of a four-person marketing department and works as part of the team to develop, support and manage dynamic and ever-changing initiatives to support the work of Two River Theater. The Digital Marketing Manager must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects and deadlines and be able to work both collaboratively and on their own. The Digital Marketing Manager supervises the full-time Marketing Assistant, and will communicate directly with vendors, artists and contractors (including for photos, videos, digital marketing and website).
ASSISTANT TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Two River Theater seeks an experienced individual to fill the full-time position of Assistant Technical Director. The Assistant Technical Director works alongside the Technical Director to manage the day-to-day workings of the scene shop. This position works with the Technical Director in the planning for and execution of the technical design of each stage production, as well as supervising the day-to-day operation of the scene shop and its staff. This position reports to the Technical Director and works closely with the Scenic Charge, Carpenters, and other production departments.
ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER: ARTIST CARE
Two River Theater (TRT) seeks an experienced individual to fill the full-time position of Associate Production Manager: Artist Care. The Associate Production Manager: Artist Care works under the direction of the Producing Director and collaboratively with the other production departments to manage the day-to-day efforts of the production, company management, and rentals departments. The primary responsibility of this position is to anticipate and meet the production needs of the produced shows, education programs, special projects, and events. The APM serves a key role in supporting the actors and creative teams throughout the season by supervising all aspects of company management and working as a member of the producing team. This position functions in partnership with the Associate Production Manager: Rentals, directly supervises the Company Manager, and works closely with the General Manager, Associate Producer, production department heads, events department, operations department, and administrative office.
