ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

The Associate Director of Marketing reports to and works alongside the Director of Marketing to manage the day-to-day efforts of the marketing department. Key responsibilities include: staff management, creating marketing campaigns for a 6-8 show season, supporting the generation of all earned revenues and spearheading the theater’s audience development initiatives. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Compensation: Salary range $55,000-$59,000. Benefits package includes medical and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, personal time and a 403 (b) retirement plan.

ASSISTANT TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

The Assistant Technical Director works alongside the Technical Director to manage the day-to-day workings of the scene shop. This position works with the Technical Director in the planning for and execution of the technical design of each stage production, as well as supervising the day to day operation of the scene shop and its staff. This position reports to the Technical Director and works closely with the Scenic Charge, Carpenters, and other production departments.

Two River Theater seeks creative, qualified candidates with a background in theater education administration for the position of Associate Director of Education. This position requires someone who is knowledgeable about creation of theater-based curricula and teaching theater to young people, who has demonstrated experience with creating residencies and professional development programming in schools, and who can help maintain and evolve current programs while helping to create, nurture, and sustain new programming in a growing education department. Applicants for this role should have robust communication, relationship building, and strong project management skills. A talent for clear and lively prose writing is necessary as all members of the education department contribute as writers for grants, marketing materials, playbills et al. This is a new full-time position reporting to the Director of Education.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

The Director of Finance has the primary responsibility for financial operations, including day-to-day accounting processes, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, annual budget preparation, oversight of endowment activities and management of the organization’s annual audit. Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior position partners with the theater’s leadership in strategic planning to strengthen and protect the theater’s long-term financial position.

GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager reports to and works directly with the Managing Director to oversee and support the general operations of the Theater. The General Manager’s responsibilities include acting as a collaborator on the producing team, negotiating and preparing contracts for all production personnel, production budgeting, acting as a liaison for all artist unions and the League of Resident Theaters (LORT). The General Manager is a member of Two River Theater’s senior management team and works closely with Finance and Facilities as well as all department heads to help guide the organization resulting in growth and stability.

Compensation: Salary $72,000 – $77,000. Benefits package includes medical and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, personal time and a 403 (b) retirement plan.
