GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager reports to and works directly with the Managing Director to oversee and support the general operations of the Theater. The General Manager’s responsibilities include acting as a collaborator on the producing team, negotiating and preparing contracts for all production personnel, production budgeting, acting as a liaison for all artist unions and the League of Resident Theaters (LORT). The General Manager is a member of Two River Theater’s senior management team and works closely with Finance and Facilities as well as all department heads to help guide the organization resulting in growth and stability.

Compensation: Salary $72,000 – $77,000. Benefits package includes medical and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, personal time and a 403 (b) retirement plan.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER

The Associate Production Manager works alongside the Director of Production to manage the day-to-day efforts of the production department. A primary responsibility of this position is to anticipate and meet the technical and production needs of performances and events. The APM serves a key role in supporting the actors and creative teams throughout the season by supervising all aspects of Artist Care and working as a member of the producing team. This position reports to the Director of Production and works closely with the Associate Artistic Director, General Manager, finance office, and facilities department.

Compensation: Salary $52,000 – $56,000. Benefits package includes medical and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, personal time and a 403 (b) retirement plan.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION

Two River Theater seeks creative, qualified candidates with a background in theater education administration for the position of Associate Director of Education. This position requires someone who is knowledgeable about creation of theater-based curricula and teaching theater to young people, who has demonstrated experience with creating residencies and professional development programming in schools, and who can help maintain and evolve current programs while helping to create, nurture, and sustain new programming in a growing education department. Applicants for this role should have robust communication, relationship building, and strong project management skills. A talent for clear and lively prose writing is necessary as all members of the education department contribute as writers for grants, marketing materials, playbills et al. This is a new full-time position reporting to the Director of Education.

Compensation: Salary Range $48,000-$51,000. Benefits package includes medical and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, personal time and a 403 (b) retirement plan

PROPERTIES ARTISAN

The Properties Artisan works as a collaborative member of the production team to support all properties needs for shows and events by providing rehearsal and show props, participating in load-ins and load-outs of rehearsal and performance spaces, and contributes to the maintenance of show props and theater inventory. This position reports to the Properties Supervisor and requires a wide variety of skills including carpentry, sewing, upholstery, painting, welding and strong computer skills.

Compensation: Salary $41,000 – $45,000. Benefits package includes medical and vision insurance, flexible
