EDUCATION MANAGER

Two River Theater (TRT) seeks creative, detail oriented, motivated, and collaborative candidates with a background in theatre education administration for the position of Education Manager. In partnership with and reporting to the Director of Education, the Education Manager will administer, execute, and maintain the Department’s multiple education initiatives and programs.  This individual will project manage several education initiatives, lead the administrative duties for the Department, interface and coordinate with TRT departments and many external parties that participate in its programs, and support teaching artist work, as needed

Compensation: Salary $50,000-$55,000. Benefits package includes medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, personal time and a 403 (b) retirement plan.

INSTITUTIONAL GIVING MANAGER

Two River Theater (TRT) seeks a dynamic and passionate individual to fill the full-time position of Institutional Giving Manager with the primary responsibilities of securing support from foundations, government agencies and corporations for General Operating, Program Specific and Capital Capacity budgets. This individual will report to TRT’s Director of Development and work closely with other members of TRT’s Development, Marketing, Education and Artistic teams to strengthen the organization’s donor base and develop new strategies for supporting new works and revivals. Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully soliciting institutional support, an entrepreneurial approach to resource gathering and a love for theater, as well as excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
