DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Two River Theater (TRT) seeks an experienced individual to fill the full-time position of Director of Operations. The Director of Operations is a member of the Senior Management team at Two River Theater. They report to and work directly with the Managing Director, and as a collaborative partner with the Production, Finance, Marketing, Education and Administration Departments. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the building maintenance, building systems and the overall properties. The Director of Operations leads a team of full and part-time employees.
Compensation: $80,000-$84,000. Benefits package includes medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, generous paid time off, an employee assistance program, local business discounts, and a 403 (b) retirement plan.
