HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
This is a dynamic role that is a member of the Administration Department team. They report to and work directly with the Director of Finance and collaborate across the organization with many different types of personnel such as full-time and part-time employees, independent contractors, artists and technicians and more. Primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes and will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, fostering an inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible environment and enhancing the overall employee experience.
