MOVEMENT & WELLNESS
Wellness Within
Open Heart Yoga’s Wellness Within program blends trauma-sensitive yoga with group therapy, fostering emotional resilience and self-compassion. This holistic approach promotes mental well-being by integrating movement, mindfulness, and psychological support.
Aerial Yoga
In addition to Beginners, Restorative, Yin, Hot, and Vinyasa Yoga, Open Heart Yoga offers Aerial Yoga classes throughout the week. Pick a time that works for you, defy gravity, and fly for an hour! Text “Learning to Fly” to 732-859-6749 for Aerial Yoga details.
Celebrating Six Years
Our studio is celebrating 6 years of strength, flexibility, and of course, rooting for ourselves to thrive. Come move, breathe, feel, and support your local nonprofit yoga studio. Period Product Drive
Two River Theater is proud to partner with the Junior League of Monmouth County for a Period Product Drive, helping to ensure access to essential menstrual supplies for those in need. Throughout the month of April, drop off your donations in our lobby collection bin and be part of this important initiative to support our community.
